Purchasing an automobile is an important and often harrowing decision even when doing it conventionally. Purchasing one online has both its advantages and disadvantages. On one hand, you can shop for a car without the hassle and time commitment of going to an auction, a dealership or to a private individual selling the vehicle. Additionally, the savings in storage and advertising costs for the online seller are passed on to you, the buyer, allowing you to find a deal that no brick-and-mortar car dealership would ever offer you.
On the other hand, however, the long-distance, hands-off practice of many Web-based transactions attracts frauds and outright thieves who may try to "piggyback" on a legitimate online auction by sending you through e-mail offers for similar cars as what you're bidding on for a fraction of its price.
Remember: If it looks too good to be true, it almost always is. And you can easily ignore 'almost always' when it comes from unsolicited e-mails. Such offers are essentially SPAM and should be treated as such.
Our suggestions are:
-
Always bid on vehicles listed by an actual auto dealership - like Prestige Auto Group - registered with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). And even then, find out more about the seller before bidding.
-
Call the seller. A legitimate car dealer will have a legitimate phone number, and while your transaction takes place online, it doesn't mean that your communication with the seller should be limited to e-mail.
-
Do not pay for anything until you got the vehicle's VIN and had a chance to check on Carfax or other similar service.

About Our Product
Prestige Auto Group's vehicles carry clean titles and are checked and certified by Carfax. We do not accept vehicles from salvage, flood, or liens, and every vehicle undergoes a careful mechanical inspection before being released to an auction. All our vehicles are also available for inspection by prospective buyers. You still have to keep in mind that pre-owned vehicles are rarely in an absolutely pristine condition. Some minor wear is to be expected, but we guarantee you that mechanically and structurally, vehicles on our lot are in top condition.
About Our Listings
While we do our best to list and show all the features and options available on the cars up for bid, at times we do make mistakes and omissions, so if you don’t see a certain feature or option listed, please do not hesitate to ask about it. Also, please keep in mind that the mileage on some of the vehicles may be slightly higher than what appears in the listing, as the car may be test driven while the listing is active. We want you to have the best possible buying experience with us, so please check carefully for yourself that all the information in the listing is correct – you would do nothing less buying from a car lot.
Prestige Auto Group reserves the right to end this auction at any time should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Please read the following Terms and Conditions before bidding.
